Stock M5 with no modifications. Original truck with one repaint. Three owner truck. This beautiful Studebaker was purchased new in 1947. The first owner passed away in 1949 and the family put the truck into a barn where it lived until the second owner purchased it in 1973. The second owner enjoyed it until he sold it in 2011. In 2003 the M5 received a window out repaint. Quality repaint with no tape lines, no fish eyes or other issues. It was repainted in the factory color. The interior is original 1947 factory equipment. The dash is uncut, original seat, door panels and instrument panel. All gauges are in working order and the truck is ready to drive. We have the original tool kit in the cloth pouch it came in. The truck is showing 38,869 miles and the second and third owner certifies these to be original miles. The motor starts right up and the truck runs and drives well.
